		<description>Hi Rosa,
Thanks for the reminder!  I am painfully aware that energetic leadership has been missing in my office lately.  For some reason I&#039;ve been avoiding it.  Starting Monday I&#039;m going to leverage the energies of others to spread it out to the rest of the team.  I&#039;m also going to spend more time focusing on developing areas of excellence instead of focusing on the things that drain my energy.  Wish me luck &amp; thanks again!
